This 2003 project was based on a lot of generosity and a lot of hard work. Once again Trucker found themselves in the situation of having the desire but not having the funds to match. Through a long time friendship with Chris McAdoo, Lone Yucca Entertainment and j.hall this album was able to be made. McAdoo lended his gear and time to the band and tracked 27 tracks in Todd's basement over a period of 6 months. Recording all digital into the Mac it then came down to mixing and picking the best recorded of the bunch. This is where j.hall came in. Seeing that he could save the band valuable time, the use of professional gear, and lend a fresh ear j.hall struck a deal between Trucker, himself and Westend Studios to get the final mixes done. Trucker then sent the mixes to Brad Blackwood of Ardent Studios for the final mastering. Having done work with 3 Doors Down and ZZ Top it was an easy choice to make. Nothing To See Here is a very broad representaion of what Trucker was and what it continues to become. With older tracks like "Neither Nor I", "Never Wanna Be Without It" and "Junkies Anthem" combined with newer tracks like "Do You Even Care" and "Two Days" the band wanted to chronicle its 7 years of song writing the best they could in one CD. Although there were 15 more songs tracked for this record Trucker felt and album with all new tracks would not truly represent the past and the current. In a way it was putting some of the songs they still believe in to rest and freeing them to pursue new avenues of song writing and recording in the future.
